RankPilot sends a signed HTTPS POST to your endpoint when something happens in your workspace: a finding is created, an investigation opens, a task changes state, a report is ready, a regression is detected or a sync fails.
- Add an endpoint under Account, Alerting setup, Webhooks. The secret (
whsec_...) is shown once. - Choose its events under Subscriptions: event types, optional sites, and a minimum severity.
- Verify every request with the signature check before you act on it.
- Answer with any 2xx status within a few seconds. Anything else is retried (see retries).
Endpoints must use https and a public address. Plans allow 1 (Free), 3 (Starter), 20 (Pro) or 100 (Agency) endpoints, shared with Slack, Teams and email channels. The event reference lists every event and its payload.
