Each data source has a delay, a quota and a row cap. The coverage ledger records what each sync actually received, so a screen can say how much of the truth it shows.
Honest limits
- Search Console hides rarely searched queries and returns a capped number of rows. Both appear as coverage, not as a silent gap.
- Revenue is shown at page level only where the source provides page-level data.
- RankPilot does not invent external search volume. A volume appears only if you connect a vendor that provides it.
- Provisional days are hatched and are excluded from verdicts about a change.
