Search Console serves a capped number of rows per day, about 50,000 per search type per property for one dimension request, and hides rarely searched queries.
RankPilot measures the effect with the clicks reported in the daily totals against the clicks that the stored query rows add up to. The share of clicks in the stored rows is the coverage. Where it is lower than one hundred percent, query-level figures describe only the visible part, and the screens say so.
The same ledger is kept per source, so a gap in Bing or GA4 is stated on its own screens.
