These terms govern your use of RankPilot. This is a draft prepared from the product's behaviour. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and does not take effect until the owner publishes it.
1. The service
RankPilot reads search and analytics data from accounts you connect and produces reports, investigations and recommendations. It recommends and verifies. It does not change your website.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for what people you invite do in your workspace.
3. Acceptable use
Use RankPilot for business purposes on sites you own or are authorised to manage. You may not:
- scrape or collect data through the product from sites you are not authorised to analyse;
- use the crawler or any other feature to attack, overload or probe a third-party site;
- attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits or tenant isolation;
- resell access to the product except as the Agency plan permits.
4. Plans, limits and billing
Plan limits are listed on the pricing page and enforced by the product. Paid plans begin with a 14-day trial. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; tax is calculated at checkout. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in the refund policy.
5. API and integrations
API keys are for your own workspace. Rate limits are shared by every key in a workspace. Webhook payloads are signed and you are responsible for verifying them.
6. Your data
You keep your data. You give us the right to process it to run the service. Our handling of personal data is set out in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.
7. Estimates are not guarantees
Gains, forecasts and confidence labels are statistical estimates shown as ranges. They are not promises of traffic, ranking or revenue.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features with notice in the changelog.
9. Liability

10. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend an account for breach of these terms. Deleted workspaces are removed after the grace period described in the privacy policy.
